On August 30, 2018, members of the Military Diplomatic Corps accredited in the Slovak Republic visited the Lešť Training Centre. On the grounds of the TC Lešť were welcomed by the Director of Management of TC Lešť, LTC Ľuboš Guľáš. After a joint lunch, the military delegates moved to the Družba area, where they got acquainted by training facilities such as the multifunctional High-Rise Building Gun Družba, the Oremland-Kishlak tactical facility and Družba Barrier Range.

     Next point of the program was the 20th annual Military Diplomatic Corps Shooting Competition, led by instructors of the Special Training Department of TC Lešť. In four rounds of short gun competition, members of the Military Diplomatic Corps had the opportunity to verify and compare their skills in the area of aimed and instinctive shooting.

     At the end of the visit, they expressed their sincere thanks for cordial acceptance and the opportunity to familiarize with the mission and tasks of TC Lešť, which fulfils the tasks of providing training for conventional and special units of the law enforcement units of the Slovak republic security system.
